We watch Google. You get a text, not a dashboard.

How it works

1

Put the button on your phone

We send you a link. Open it once, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, and it sits there like an app — except there is nothing to download and nothing to sign into.

2

Finish a job, tap it

Pick the customer, hit send. The text is already written with your Google review link in it, and it goes from your own phone, in your name.

3

The review lands

On a paid plan we spot it, write the reply for you, and text it over to approve. You never open a laptop.

The follow-up that never happens

The messages a good owner means to send and never gets to. Each one ships turned off until you decide you want it, and which ones make sense depends on your trade.

Review ask
Right after the job, while they still remember your name. Most people looking you up only count reviews from the last three months, so a steady trickle beats one big push.
48-hour reminder
One nudge if they didn't get to it. Then it stops.
Rebook and win-back
For the customers who quietly drift off the schedule.
Quote nudge
The estimate that never got a yes or a no.

Built so your customers don't get sick of you

The limits are in the product, not in a settings page you have to find.

One message per customer per 90 days
Across every kind of follow-up, not per kind. It is what keeps this from feeling like spam.
Quiet hours, every day
Nothing goes out before 9am or after 8pm in your business's own time. A message that wakes someone costs you more than it earns.
STOP works instantly
One word, and that customer never hears from you through us again.
No rating gate, ever
We will not screen unhappy customers away from your review link. It violates Google's policy and can cost you the listing.

Pricing

Start free and stay free if it suits you. Cancelling a paid plan drops you back to Free with your customer list intact — it is the pause button. Watch is where most people should start: there is no number of your own to get and nothing for you to register, so it works the same day you switch it on.

For what it is worth: in a Harvard study of independent restaurants, one extra star was worth 5–9% in revenue.

Questions

Is the free plan actually free?

Yes, and it stays free. The free plan sends from your own phone using a normal text message link, so it costs us nothing to run and there is no card, no trial clock and no expiry. You are not being drip-fed a crippled version to push you into paying — you upgrade when you want us to do the sending for you.

Do I need a new phone number?

Not on the free plan. You tap the button, your own Messages app opens with the text already written, and you press send — it comes from your number, like any text you send. Paid plans add a dedicated number so the follow-ups go out automatically without you touching them.

Will asking for reviews get me in trouble with Google?

Asking every customer is fine and encouraged. What is against Google's policy is a rating gate — screening people by how happy they are and only sending the review link to the happy ones. We will not build that, at any price, because it risks the listing your business depends on.

What stops this from annoying my customers?

A hard limit of one message per customer every 90 days across all four follow-up types, nothing sent before 9am or after 8pm in your own timezone, and STOP that works instantly and permanently. The limits are built into the product, not buried in a settings page.

What is the button, exactly?

A web page of your own, at a private link. You open it once on your phone and add it to your home screen, after which it opens like an app — a single screen with your customer's name, their number and a send button. There is nothing to download, nothing to update, and it works on any phone made in the last decade. Your crew can have it too.

Do I need a website?

No. Most of the businesses this is built for have a Google listing and a mobile phone and nothing else. You need a Google Business Profile so there is somewhere for the review to land, and a phone.

What happens to my customer list if I cancel?

You keep it. Cancelling a paid plan drops you back to the free plan with every customer, date and job history intact — downgrading is the pause button. We release the dedicated number and you carry on sending from your own phone.

How long does setup take?

About two minutes. No card, no EIN, and nothing from your phone carrier on the free plan. You add your business name and your Google review link, then we give you a link to open on your phone — tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and the button is there. It is a web page, not an app, so there is nothing to download and nothing to update.

Ready when your next job is

Setting up takes about two minutes and needs no card, no EIN, and nothing from your phone carrier.
